Taking my life experiences and making them my life’s work.
When I began my university journey, I was all set for a six-year path in physical therapy, committed to my passion for health and wellness. However, along the way, I realized that I couldn’t ignore my creative side—it deserved just as much space to thrive. Instead of choosing one passion over the other, I decided to merge them.
This led me to pursue a major in Health Science and a minor in Public Relations at Boston University, where I recently graduated. Combining these fields has allowed me to develop a unique perspective, blending evidence-based health practices with impactful communication strategies. It’s the perfect intersection of creativity and dedication to wellness—a combination I’m excited to bring into everything I do.
WHY BOTH?

I would choose to be a mountain. Mountains represent strength and resilience. They stand tall through all seasons, enduring the extremes of weather. They offer a broad, steadfast view, overlooking the landscape below.
Mountains challenge us to climb higher and push our limits. They inspire adventurers who strive to reach their summits.

I am a complete foodie, so this always gets me. But we have to approach this strategically. It needs to be something satisfying yet healthy. Since you'd be eating it daily for the rest of your life, it should have minimal grease, be packed with protein, and taste incredible. For me, it has to be poke, loaded with a long list of toppings: spicy salmon, spicy tuna, tuna, salmon (yes, a ton of protein), cucumber, scallions, garlic crisps, fried onions, topped with spicy mayo and kani salad.
Can you imagine ordering that? Thankfully, thanks to Grubhub, no one knows who the girl with a million toppings is. This meal is proudly sponsored by Poke Boys in Super 88. If you’re ever in Boston, I highly recommend checking it out!

I’d invest in extensive travel, taking a couple of years off work to explore the world. I’d start in South America, then make my way to Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Maybe I’d travel in a mobile home to stay flexible and always on the move.
I’d save up for the best restaurants and gym trials along the way—spa days, too, because self-care is essential. Naturally, looking good while doing it is a must. Stylish clothing and gym attire would be top priorities to make sure every step of the journey is as fashionable as it is memorable.

Easy, but an interesting combination: either a Bruce Springsteen concert or the Olympia.
